The role involves running and growing a busy primary/ SEN desk- very established desk! The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with both schools and our candidates, who we have longstanding relationships with. We work with schools across Bristol, N Somerset, Bath, Dorset, Gloucs, Wilts. The role will involve going out to visit schools, attending careers fairs, interviewing candidates and doing a 360 recruitment role It's fast paced, and extremely reactive to staffing shortages as well placing teachers in TA, teaching and support roles on a long term and perm basis.
