We are recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in North Somerset, who are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 and in small groups, with children of varying ages, in the School's SEN hub. This role would be 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs), beginning after the Summer break, and running initially until the end of the academic year. We are looking for passionate candidates who are dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s learning and development.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and adaptable TA with experience of supporting children with SEND needs within the classroom. This role would include working 1:1 with children with EHCPs and supporting small group activities, helping children navigate challenging behaviours and supporting them to meet their developmental milestones. The right candidate would look to maintain a positive learning environment by organising equipment and setting up activities for small groups of children, providing adaptive support through a blend of 1:1 interventions and small group activities.
