Role Description: This is a full-time role located just off of Whiteladies road in Bristol (BS6) for an Education Recruitment Consultant. The role involves running and growing a busy primary/ SEN desk- very established desk! The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with both schools and our candidates, who we have longstanding relationships with. We work with schools across Bristol, N Somerset, Bath, Dorset, Gloucs, Wilts. The role will involve going out to visit schools, attending careers fairs, interviewing candidates and doing a 360 recruitment role It's fast paced, and extremely reactive to staffing shortages as well placing teachers in TA, teaching and support roles on a long term and perm basis. An understanding of how a temp desk works and the recruitment process essential for this role. We are looking for individuals that are: Hard Working - Giving 100% effort - 100% of the time Experience- must have experience in recruitment and ideally working on a temp desk Resilient - Dealing with knockbacks, being let down and ending up taking two steps back at times when you've literally taken just one step forward!
