We are recruiting for two 121 SEN LSA's to support pupils with an Education
Health and Care Plan.
This post will primarily be 121 support but there will also be an element of group support,
both within and outside of the classroom, to enable pupils to learn effectively. The
successful candidates will need to be proactive in championing the needs of the child
and take a lead role in the delivery of tailored learning.
The role will also involve delivering tailored programmes of intervention to support
specific needs including communication, social interaction, speech and language and
emotional regulation. The role will also include support to develop children’s social
understanding and interaction during lunchtimes. The successful candidates will also
be required to work closely with the class teacher, Inclusion Leader and external
agencies in order to continually review and monitor provision and progress.
