Over the last 12 years, we have built a large bank of loyal candidates who pride themselves in working hard on our behalf. We offer an excellent service to schools, which is proven by referral and recommendation.

Through regular contact and school visits, we get to know the culture and requirements of your school. This helps us to match the right candidates to your vacancies. We have been working with many clients since we opened in 2008 and pride ourselves on delivering a professional yet caring service.

We are able to react quickly to requests and provide staff for emergency supply cover, as well as short and longterm placements. We also regularly and successfully place both teachers and support staff into permanent roles.


Safeguarding and Compliance

Education People is deeply committed to safeguarding children. Everyone we place – teachers and support staff alike – is rigorously vetted to prior to being offered any work.

All candidates have a face-to-face interview and compliance and clearance checks are completed as required by the Department for Education (DfE) and the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo).
We send an email to confirm when vetting has been successfully completed.
