Recruitment Support Analyst - £24k-£28k

Education People are a busy independent education agency based on Whiteladies Road in Bristol. We place primary and secondary into schools across the Southwest, covering day to day and long-term contracts.

We are looking for a Teacher of Food technology to take on this role fulltime from May 2024 until the end of the academic year. There is possibility that for the right candidate this would become a permanent ongoing position.

This role will include planning, marking and full teacher responsibilities.

A great way to learn about the world of recruitment without the pressure of targets, acting as a stepping stone into a consultancy role if desired.

The right person will be directly supporting the consultants in the day-to-day recruitment process.

The role includes:

• Managing phones and taking bookings from clients
• Confirming bookings with candidates and clients
• Adding bookings to database
• Make changes and decisions at short notice
• Responding to emails and text messages
• Shortlisting CVs for possible roles
• Sending out marketing emails on behalf of the consultants

• General administration duties

Working Hours on a rota basis

• 1 x 7am - 3pm, 4 x 8.30-5pm

Experienced required:

• Must have worked in a busy office environment with time pressures (Filling bookings at short notice)
• Previoussales experience and happy to make outbound sales calls
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Teams
• Strong admin background desired
